CEO/ Founder
The visionary leader and founder behind Cardano Women, a startup dedicated to empowering and elevating women's voices in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. As the CEO and founder, Alexandra’s mission is to create a more inclusive and diverse ecosystem within the Cardano community. She is a first-generation Panamanian American and an Air Force Veteran, bringing a unique perspective to the industry.
With a profound passion for culture, art, and technology, Alexandra combines her love for innovation with a relentless pursuit of excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys music, art, and mentoring women interested in blockchain technology.

Niamari
Director of Operations
Guiding the course of Cardano Women's operations with clarity and purpose, Niamari serves as the Director of Operations. Her role centers on orchestrating and fine-tuning their initiatives, ensuring projects are not only efficient but also resonate with their mission and objectives. Originating from a background in Technical Theatre and Design, she pivoted into a role as an Instructional Designer, with a focus on Leadership Development and Change Management. This foundation in design, leadership, and organizational transformation equips her to navigate the evolving landscapes of Web 3. She carries a deep-seated passion for personal development, always aiming to help individuals unlock and achieve their fullest potential. Away from the operational realm, she immerses herself in continuous learning and mentorship, particularly within the web3 domain, to help others navigate its complexities. Brand Advocate
Dedicated to supporting Cardano Women and our community, Llalypop serves as our Brand Advocate. Her role is focused on using her creativity to craft content that not only resonates with the Cardano Women’s mission but also fosters a sense of unity and empowerment among its members. With a background as a digital artist llalypop discovered the Cardano blockchain and its welcoming community which fostered a desire to support those who have been part of her learning process.
